Contract Breach

I registered with National Debt counselors in July. On their Contract I signed it stated that If I am not registered in court within 6 months of registering for debt review then they will pay me back all the fees I have paid. The first 3 months none of the Money I paid went to creditors only to them for fees that amounted to roughly R 15 000. in February my debt was R 40 000 more than i started with in July. when I inquired and ask them why are my debt not going down they said I have to phone my Creditors. i phoned my Creditors and they informed me that there is extra interest charged because I have not paid and have not yet registered at the court under debt review. When i went back to National Debt counselors and told them that and that they need to pay my money back and Ill pay the debt off with money I borrowed from a family member they quickly went and registered me at court for debt review. It so happened that they lady did it the same day i paid off all the debt after I told her not to do so. i also asked their legal department to pay back the R 15 000 as stated in their contract they declined and ignored my requests. They dont help people they just ***** their Money. I want my R 15 000 fees back
