Complaint

Received the worst service ever from this company and even now my issue is not resolved. They conned me into entering a debt review in April 2021 and adv that they cancelled after disputed it but they did not do that and advised that I need to send my settlement letters which I provided and now they don’t want to issue me with a clearance certificate they are saying I need to pay R517.50 as if they even helped me with anything which they didn’t even speak to my creditors nothing. I provided everything by myself and then Preshana Gajlal was supposed to get it resolved which she has been nothing of help and takes long to respond to my emails as well is doing a bad job. I demand to get my certificate in peace please and I did speak to one agent to get a supervisor or manager to contact me which they still haven’t done that. I need my clearance certificate. 5 years later I’m drained and tired I just want to get the clearance letter and provide it to Transunion or Experian.
