Complains

On the 02 February 2016, I took a loan for debt consolidation on the above mentioned company. my contract was for 36 months due to the fact that my loan was less than R100 000 I signed my contract with Warren.

National Debt counsellors is still debiting my account, but according to my understanding and calculations I have already passed the 36 Months term on the contract, I need to understand why my account still gets debited I have tried contacting them several times and I do not get any assistance or solution to my complain.

Secondly I lost my job 4 April 2019, and send them documents that I am unemployed and I was getting payment from Unemployment insurance fund. i inquired about infusion credit life and I was told I am not covered by one of the employees named Jackie, but as per the contract I would be covered if dismissed, retrenched from employment or death.

Unemployment insurance fund stopped paying me effective from May 2020, I have notified them with all the above and I was told they will get back to me to date I didn't get any feedback
