complained about NDC

I am very disappointed with NDC. their service is extremely poor I don't even know how to explain it. I have started my application in October till today my application still not finalized every time I ask for feed, response I get from Craig is that I apologize u will get your feedback shortly. I have been waiting for acceptance from absa regarding my account till today no one is following up for my account. their service is very very bad. the worse part is that you will never get an email to complained department or get to talk to any manager. i would never recommend anyone to NDC. The only thing I feel right now is to take away my business to another debtcouncellor.
