Clearence certificate and my refund

I finished paying off 2month back july by myself, last month September debit order went through, I call every week regarding clearance certificate and my refund, everyday is same story from consultant "I will do follow up, will call you back, will call lawyers " and am the one who went to ask for paid letters and submit to NDc while their lawyers failing to get the letters from providers, am tired of waiting now, it's more like you want me to be under dept review for the rest of my life.
