Clear my credit record

I have been under debt review since 2016 if i can remember correctly. The affidavit forms for court i had to complete i think 3 times well I refused to resubmit again To make a long story short my adminisstrator promised me as soon as i have paid off my debt i can pay off my homeloan myself. I did just that in December 2020 i made a deposit for all my debt into Hyphen account which left me with my homeloan which i can manage. Well i recieved a phone call from her to ask if it is ok for the money to go off on the 15th February 2021 i refused. My question is why must i pay for admin fees for something i can do myself. My credit score is 0. All i want is to be rid of this bad credit record........
