BAD SERVICE

I was called by the one of the ladies who worked there, to check if I qualify for their service.

give them my id numbers and all, later I called to cancel everything with them, and I send them the withdrawal letter to them. Today am Flagged because of this people. all my credit card is frozen because of them. my life is a mess that I worked hard to clear my name. Just answering my phone took me back to be in dept because of NDC.

please any one help me to remove the flag these people but me in.
