Amazing consultant

I wanted to share how I felt about the help I got from one of your team members. Deciding to go for debt review was really nerve-wracking for me because of all the stuff I read online. I got quick replies from a couple of people, but it was her calming voice and reassurance that really made me feel I was in good hands.

Talking to her felt easy, and she never made me feel bad about my situation. It was like a big weight was lifted off my shoulders, and I ended up trusting her with my personal documents, feeling confident I made the right choice. She kept me in the loop all through the process and explained why each document was needed.

Working with her was great. She even helped when I was having a tough time getting funds released from my bank. She promised it would be sorted out, and it was.

She's been amazing to work with, and I'm kind of sad we won't be in touch anymore now that everything's set up. She really made a difference, making sure I could sleep better at night.
