Am far worse in debt than what I was when I joined

I did consultation with national debt counselors on April and the figure that it was given was 31,000 something like that and then I was told that the first two months the money is going to the legal fees which was fine they debited that money and then the second two months they continue debiting the other money then now I asked for uh an outstanding balance on my account to my surprise I get that I'm owing now the 35,000 appearancing their hidden figures that they don't tell you about from 31,000 to now it's still 35,000 how I'm told that the interest rate the first two months on my creditors went up how so because I were I was told that they going to be talking to my uh creditors and my creditors have agreed that they won't uh be deleting anything from our account which was fine at the time from 31,000 that was the quotation and I was told I'm still owing 35,000 it is 4 months later now with them how is that so I am clearly not happy I'm clearly not happy from having a 20 something thousand debt to now I'm I'm at 35,000 I'm clearly not happy and at that time I have joined national debt counselors.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and the confusion regarding your debt figures. We understand how distressing it must be to feel that your financial situation has worsened rather than improved, and we take your concerns very seriously.
We would like to urgently review your account to clarify why the outstanding balance has increased and provide you with a clear, transparent breakdown of your payments, fees, and creditor balances. Our goal is to ensure that you have full visibility and peace of mind regarding your debt review process.
