Wrong Telemarketing and wrongfully put under debt review

I was called by agent called Lubabalo (*** belonging to Mr Laaiqa Abdrouef) and was put under debt teview without my consent. I told them countless times that i was ok paying whatever interest rate i was paying and was not overly indebted. Fast forward, i requested to be removed from debt review and the flagged status removed and i was asked to pay R4000 which i paid for cancellation. I dont think this was fair because i did not consent to begin with. national debt association misuse our personal information and give wrong telemarketing . They should be investigated and they lack ethics they are very unprofessional.

I will be pursuing this legally
