Useless company dnt even try them

These ****mers called me and i agreed that they may assist me with debt review removal and i unfortunately had to firstly settle a certain account before i proceeded and i had to cancel with them before they even started and they had said that they would only proceed once i made first payment of the arrangement and i cancelled 4 days they could debt me the first arranged installement and they had said they would cancel and not debit me to my surprise they took R2500 and when i request for a refund i am told that would be their cancellation fee and they cnt refund me and the only thing they did was to appoint themselves under my name and did not do anything else and that for them cost R2500, useless company and i will fight them to the core just for the fun of it... useless idiots they never told me about the cancellation fee in anyway and now they are saying they wont refund because they had started working on my case when they confirmed they would start after 1st installment.
