Unhappy consumer 💔
I would like to share my personal experience with National Debt Association.
Unfortunately, my experience with NDA was very stressful and disappointing. I was already dealing with financial pressure when I entered into the debt-relief process, and the deduction from my account made my situation even more difficult.
An amount of R3,983 was deducted from my account on the 25 August 2026 . This had a significant impact on my finances, especially because I still had other important financial commitments to meet.
I also had concerns regarding the documentation and the information provided to me during the process. I expected clear communication, proper documentation, and transparency about the process and the payments being deducted from my account.
When I raised my concerns and wanted to resolve the matter, I expected to receive proper assistance and clear answers. Instead, the experience left me feeling frustrated and financially distressed.
I am sharing this review based on my personal experience. I believe anyone considering using NDA should carefully review all documentation, understand the terms and fees, and make sure they have a clear understanding of what will happen before making any payments or allowing deductions from their account.
This experience has been very difficult for me financially, and I hope sharing my experience will encourage others to ask questions and make informed decisions before entering into a debt-relief agreement.
