National Debt Association Ghosted Me After Application

I app**** with National Debt Association (NDA) on Friday. They went offline immediately - one grey tick on WhatsApp since Friday 10th Oct, no reply to emails. I cancelled debit order before they took any money (R0 taken). They did not pay my creditors, I had to pay Old Mutual myself. My credit score dropped to 0 Very Poor and -548 points on XDS. No support. I had to find a new debt counsellor Rowan Breeds to transfer me and clear my name. Very poor service, please avoid. ID ***
