Been harrased by these people. They said they could halve my debt. Was supposed to receive a 32 page document to read and sign. It never came but the same day there was a message on my banking app to authorize a debit order by them. Fortunately I don't just do things without first research. Looking at the ratings here speaks volumes about this service.
