Misuse of my person info

I received a call from one of your agent and I informed them that I am not interested in your products, a few minutes later i recieve an SMS with my ID number that I gave consent to you to view my personal information. I never gave consent to anything, and I do not want to be registered to anything.

Please cancel whatever you want to do on my name. I am also not aware how you got hold of my personal information
