Debt reduction **** and no transparency. Shady company

They called claiming that they can reduce my debt and I’m paying too much only to mess up the good thing I had.

They cancelled my debit order to my lender and made a debit order that goes through to them but after receiving the money, they did not pay my lender as they should.

Now I’m seeing statements that I’m behind on payments. It seems that they took the money for themselves and when I email them, they are ignoring me. They used to call within 5 minutes before they received the first payment but now they don’t care because they got the money.

Deep down, I saw the signs because whenever I asked for the progress they would just keep postponing to the next week or tomorrow so that they can get to time they get a payment.

In short, they are a ****.
