Why do they exist as they are of no help

First I took my case to the ombudsman they did not do anything besides state that they are not getting assistance from the company the complaint is against, then I referred the matter to the NCC who did no investigation, as they stated I have not got enough evidence yet in my complaint I stated the company is refusing to issue me with statements etc just as they refused the ombudsman. So please don't waste your time with them they are for the people who rip you off they are not here to fight for you as a consumer and as always their excuse is we are too busy.
