Waste of time

Why is the NCC even in existence? There is no service, communication or interest from them. Despite regular follow ups, they do not even bother to respond or keep you up to date on the case. Eventually after 10 months, they issue a letter of non referral. Trying to get an explanation as to the rationale was fruitless - calls not answered and emails ignored. Pathetic and a waste of money.
