Useless consumer commission

I bought a printer from toner cooperation in Gauteng rooideport. The company gave me a printer with insufficient supplies. I sent in back for sufficient supplies, but now they are refusing to give back the complete printer and also refusing to pay me back.

I opened a case with the national consumer commission. They sent the company a letter and gave them 15 days to respond. Toner cooperation never responded so the consumer commission closed my case on the basis that toner cooperation did not respond to their letter. We are in trouble the the government can't do anything about it. Our fate is in the hands of *********.
