Useless

I sent in a complain in Sept with regards to a matter I have been struggling with for more than a year now. I was informed that I would be assisted and my query would be resolved within 30days of receiving my e-mail.

That was September 16th, it is now December 6th and the last communication I received was Oct 30th.

If this is a company that is supposed to be assisting consumers, than it's hopeless as nothing is getting resolved one way or the other. This is absolutely outrageous and a complete waste of time.
