THE NCC - Shocking

I logged a query on the 04th May 2021 & received feedback on the 04th September. Since that email I have not received any further feedback or response to my numerous follow-up emails. Shocking that this department is supposed to protect us as consumers but get treated with total disinterest & disdain!
