Refilwe Papo and the Commission work with ********!!!

I lodged a complaint against bookabook.co.za after being referred by Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO), and immediately I got an e-mail from Refilwe Papo which reads:

"Kindly note your complaint against BOOK A BOOK has been assessed. However, we are unable to proceed with the registration of the complaint due to the outstanding CGSO ruling or closing letter.

Please note that this complaint is closed on our side. Should you wish to proceed lodging this complaint, please resend the complaint to *** and attach any supporting documents, including the closing letter from CGSO."

I resent the complaint and got the same message. I asked what's good about the letter from CGSO and got no response. Either this Refilwe Papo or the Commission works with these ********.

No justice for consumers in South Africa.
