Poor service from C.mccarthy

I have lodged a matter which is now 129 day and when I call in they tell me to email *** as he is the one assigned to my case. I have emailed him twice and he doesn't respond and the emails where 2 months apart. I was also advised to email *** if he doesn't respond but they email always bounce back. No. Cc***
