Pathetic service of NCC

i submitted a complaint a complaint against Meek auto in June 2021.To date i have not received any feedback or closure on the complaint.I have made numerous calls and submitted several emails expecting any kind of feedback and got none.each time i called the call center they gave me a name and email of someone that will help.I tried calling the numbers no one answers.sent emails to the suggested addresses .no reply.trying to understand the purpose of the NCC.if they cannot help people why are they even in existence.we rely on an avenue for help when we are targeted by *****ulent ********s like Rowan from Meek auto.Instead we get pathetic service.
