No Help From NCC in Years!

I have had a car issue with a bully company called CMC lifestyle, whom I bought a car from in 2016 July and it broke down in a month. We had a back and forth with the company and I took the issue to Ombudsman. Ombudsman didn’t resolve it to my satisfaction and the owner was ******ing me to pay for storage which I refused. I escalated to NCC and was promised to get a field officer to review the issue and they just stopped responding to my emails. I was taken through the process of opening a new case every time I called them. We can obviously not rely on our National Consumer Commission when we are being ****** by businesses.
