No Feedback From The NCC

I have had no feedback from The NCC. A lady b the name of Pinky Makhanya has been assigned to my case that lodged against a car dealer. I have followed up via email no response, I have also tried calling but she never answers her phone or anybody that can assist. They are our National report line but this is how they treat consumers no wonder we get treated this why by suppliers etc as they know the NCC does nothing to them.
