I have lodged a complaint against a Noise Boys branch on 2013, today more than 'n year later when i followed up on this complaint i was told the the complaint has been closed. If they are there to help consumers how can they close the complaint without investigating it. I am really disappointed who else can help us if they cant even help us??? Case number:
