NO Feed back what so ever

I have logged a complaint against a wedding supplier about a year and a half ago and the last I spoke to someone was in December 2014. I keep sending emails for someone to call me and nobody calls or replies. I have tried to call over 5 or 6 people and they never answer. All I want is an update really this is money that needs to be paid back to me over R12000 was paid for a service I did not make use of and the lady refused to pay me back.
