No client services

No replies on emails and no answering on the 100 different telephone numbers. Not one number is working. Only ringing the whole time.

Waiting for 14 months now to try and find out who is working on my case that I had with the motor industry Ombudsman also waited for 7 months.

New case is loged with the public protector and its going now to 3 months.
