My documents are not being signed off and no one is letting us know how long it's going to take.

15 February my FedEx parcel was stopped at customs. They found clothing with no labels that needed to be destroyed. I had to submit my business registration documents and this would then take 5 days according to Fedex. It's been weeks. I need my shipment. ***
