NCC saves the day

Very pleased to say that, although I was not able to speak to Francinah or anyone at the NCC - and I think the timeline promised to deal with my enquiry did expire, that Francinah faithfully contacted the entity that were refusing to give me back my money for a ***** product.<br> I am told that the NCC is inundated, but I am very pleased to say that Francinah did come through.<br>
