NCC not responding within the 45 day working window.

I have not gotten a written response since my case with Car Track from the conclusion of the Ombudsman commission, my lawyers said if the commission hasn't responded in 45 working days I should send them an email or contact them that I haven't received any response from the NCC regarding the resulting between the case of me and Car Track. The commission even thou it is know to take longer but my 45 days has now been long over due.
