NCC doesnt help the consumer!!!!

We have registered a complaint with the NCC on the 10th of December 2018.

Up to date we have received no responce from them.

I keep on e-mailing and they just dont answer.

So now I am Hello Petering maybe then I will get an answer regarding my complaint.
