NCC does nothing for the Public

I have laid an complaint at the National Consumers Commission more than 3 months ago and heard absolutely nothing from them since. They are a company that is supposed to look after the interest of the public and does absolutely nothing. They are obviously using Tax payers money and it looks like they have no role to play and is just a name.
