NCC and ombudsman failing consumers

I purchased an item from pclink online store and received it. Upon receiving i realized the power cord was not working and sent the whole unit back. This was about 2 years ago.I have still not received the unit or a refund after numerous emails back and forth with the supplier and the ombudsman. The ombudsman referred the case to the NCC and i have still not heard back from them after numerous emails.
