National Consumer Council

I believe the National Consumer Commission was started in 2008 and its primary goal was to protect consumers . I had an experience with a company who took approx R12 000 which was payment in full for the invoice,, never supp**** any service and closed its doors a few weeks later, Pure theft! This happened in Oct 2024. NCC investigated but couldn't trace the business or its owners. I received a letter from the NCC saying they couldn't assist and perhaps I could get legal advise , which is laughable as that would cost more than what I paid. Very sad , I would have thought the NCC had the power to trace the owner and bring him to book. Mr Kyle Titlman from SA Relocations is a pure ****mer, he ******** many many people. What a shame NCC, thought you helped the "innocent man in the street"
