National Consumer Commission and MIOSA

This organisation as well as MIOSA is a waste of time and does not represent the interest of the consumer . Vehicle broke down one month after purchasing and I only received Vehicle back 10 months later. Numerous request to dealership to cancel the deal. Logged multiple cases with NCC and MIOSA and they are referring me to one another and then closing the cases on their end. These organisations are put in place but not sure for what reason or who oversees them. They seem to operate under different mandates
