National Consumer Commission

Quite a lot has been written about The National Consumer Commission (NCC), but I am under the impression that my experience with the NCC beats everything else. (The attached circular to The Star in Jo'burg (which was not published) gives only a short story about the way the NCC reacts or rather, does not react, to consumers' complaints.)<br> <br> The attitude of the NCC was unrealistic, to say the least. Letters, and emails to them were either answered wrongly or, more often, not at all. Telephone calls were never answered.<br> <br> It is shocking to notice for what our taxes are paid, and that goes from the top right down to the so-called \little"man/woman in the office. The intention for which the NCC was created originally was good"
