My matter treated unfairly by the NC and their employee fikile Ntuli

I would like to complain against the ncc for not dealing with my matter fairly and to complain about their employee fikile Ntuli who is not willing to assist with regards tik my matter. Bad customer service received from I was reffered by CGSO to Fikile Ntuli and she has not bother to contact me dispite the emails I sent her
