Just another useless Goverment institution

After going thru all the necessary processes I submitted my Documents to the NCC only to be told to refer my case to MIOSA because they are not willing to take the time to assist. After I requested that I do not wish to be referred to MIOSA because they are even more useless I received no response from NCC. This is why dealers like CMH Volvo in Hatfield just get away with what they are doing because the NCC fail to enforce the customers rights.
