Got ********** asked NCC for help GOT NONE

I lodged a complaint against a company who installed damaged goods and resulted in blowing up our equipment. Received a copy of the letter that Ntutuzelo Mdingi wrote to the supplier on 10 April 2015 asking the supplier to contact me to resolve the matter. I was asked to inform the if no response was received. i did this on several occasions and got no response. What is the purpose of complaining to NCC???? Disgusting.
