Endless paperwork

I honestly don't understand why this process requires so much documentation and so many directions on completing forms. Obviously those forms would come back with errors. Do you not gather all the required documentation and document it on your system because it literally feels like I am doing their job. Extremely disappointed in this process. That is why we have ***** everywhere... To hold people or companies accountable is a lost case.
