Deleted my complaints in Dec 2014 and no feedback

I lodged two complaints via email [Email Removed] on 27 Dec 2014 and both my complaints were deleted by the NCC on 6 Jan 2015 as I had a read receipt on the emails. I tried calling the NCC numerous times, and the phone only rings. There is absolutely no answer and it seems that they have officially been closed without a media briefing.<br> <br> Where do I go and lodge my complaints for the CPA?
