Consumer Commission not responding to enquiries

The Consumer Tribunal passed a judgment in August 2021 whereby the defendant was ordered to refund the complainants within three months. To date no refund was received and numerous emails to enquiries and also individual employees of the Commission regarding the judgment no response has been received to date.
