Complaint regarding a company

I have filed a complaint regarding a company on March and was advised that the turnaround time would be maximum 40 days however its way past that with no communication,when I check online the agent was assigned on the 20/04/2024 however no communication and I have tried sending several emails with no assistance,when I call the number just doesn’t direct me to a consultant. I am so frustrated as I really hopes ncc would assist me in the said matter.
