Complaint logged in August 2015 still no feedback

Good Day<br> <br> Please be advised I logged a complaint in August 2015. Received a letter dated 17/08/2015 advised of acknowledgement. Letter advised will contact with feedback within ten working days to date I have not received any feedback. Ref: ***. What phatic service. As a consumer you wonder why does government have this service if they are unhelpful to the Consumer. I have called several times to follow up but you just wait and wait. even the telephone number on the letter Head is incorrect. I sent several emails not response. Really disappointed.
