Complaining about the consumer commission.

Even our consumer commission is useless, I reported an issue with incorrect billing and ******ion from Telkom to them on the 17 Dec, still had ZERO feedback whatsoever.<br> <br> Who do you complain to when you want to complain about the people you are supposed to complain to?
