Car dealership dispute

Absolute useless whos aim is to protect big name car dealerships. This despite internationally documented dealership lawsuits for the same hidden defects we as consumers are experiencing in SA. They should close their offices since they are not providing fair and impartial resolutions to the public, No need to take my word for it NCC, just look at your poor ratings on this hellopeter site. They update your complaint 'assigned to an agent for assessment' but they assess and investigate nothing relevant to the issue at hand, no engagement with the complainant, nothing, just reiterate the same biased opinion from the dealership. Pathetic
