Capitec account closed

Good day

I had a problem with capitec for closing my account on the 10 August 2025. They have said I must send forms to **** department, I did that but I dont get help even today. I have money in my account and I need it. The whole thing is frustrating me . Would you please to get my account back and get my money. I will close the account myself once I receive my money.
