Cannot get hold of anyone for feedback

Lodged a complaint with the National Consumer commission beginning of August. The Manager Responsible Ms Fikile Ntuli has not responed after numerous emails sent. There is no answer to calls made to numbers given on there official letterhead. Ironic that we have to complain about those government organisations that are set up to help us. Please help.
